EPIC Women's Conference
You’re invited to serve with us at this year’s conference!
Volunteer with us at the EPIC Women's Conference on August 18th & 19th, 2023, at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center in Rochester, New York. We are excited to greet women from across the region, and we need your help to ensure that our guests feel welcomed and well-served. Volunteers are needed to serve as greeters, room assistants, registration support, etc. In exchange for their time, volunteers will pay a significantly reduced rate of $65 to attend the conference. Volunteers must only volunteer in one area and on one conference day. We want each volunteer to engage in the conference fully, so it is important that we recruit enough people to allow this to happen. To be considered, please complete the registration form below. Once your application is reviewed, you will be notified whether or not we have chosen you to serve this year. Please keep in mind that we often receive more volunteer applications than we actually have volunteer positions.
