We envision a world where all women, regardless of race, ethnicity, income level, or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential. This conference was born out of a desire to inspire and mentor women at various stages of their lives, women who are seeking to ignite their passion and make a positive contribution to the world.

The EPIC Women's Conference targets women who want to grow spiritually, young professionals, women in transition, and women desiring inspiration. The foundation of all workshops is our faith in Jesus Christ, which connects to the strategies that are being suggested.

How to Apply To Speak

To apply to speak at EPIC 2025, please fill out the form below.

​

• Speakers should have a 70 -minute talk established.

• Workshops should fall into one or more CATEGORIES: spirituality, professional development, or lifestyle.

• Workshops will cover ONE of four FOCUS AREAS: Esteem, Passion, Inspiration, and Courage.

Below are examples of FOCUS AREAS and the types of workshops that fall into each:

Esteem: Mental Health (trauma, tragedy, emotions, jealousy, addictions); Healthy Lifestyles (healthy living/eating, physical activity); Social Media (learning not respond to the highlight reel of someone else’s life).

Passion: Addressing Stagnation (getting over the hump); Healthy Relationships (mother, wife/girlfriend, friends, submission); Authenticity (how do you “show up” each day)

Inspiration: Pursuing your dreams (career goals, entrepreneurial goals); Individuality (developing your own story, while being inspired by others)

Courage: Overcoming Fear (stepping out on faith); Finding Balance (the juggling act); Dealing w/ Challenges (learning to invest in yourself in spite of life)

Speaker Responsibilities

• Provide high quality educational presentations.

• Engage attendees through audience participation and discussion.

• Coordinate with staff regarding any special equipment needs.

• Provide a professional headshot, and short bio, and a brief topic summary for marketing purposes.

• Ensure the session is not perceived as an infomercial.

• Connect your topic to biblical principles and examples

• Refrain from using profanity of any kind

• Promote your participation in the event on your social media sites.

• Provide own printed pieces and/or promotional collateral
