EPIC Women's Conference

What can conference attendees expect? 

EPIC is an event that encompasses inspiring workshops and keynotes that will push women toward their destiny. Attendees—regardless of race, ethnicity, income level or social status—can expect to be inspired, challenged, and refreshed. The goal of the EPIC Women’s Conference is for participants to leave nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential, with new connections, skills, and strategies. This year we are offering workshops for Spanish speakers. We are thrilled to expand the event to our Hispanic sisters in their native language.

When is the conference?

Friday, August 9th, and Saturday, August 10, 2024. Check-in starts at 12:30 pm. The conference ends at 8:00 p.m. on Friday and 6:00 pm on Saturday.

Where is the conference held?

Rochester Riverside Convention Center 123 East Main Street, Rochester, New York, 14604. 

I'm not from the area. Where can I stay?

Hotel accommodations will be available at both the Hilton Garden Inn – Downtown and the Hyatt Regency Rochester – Downtown.

Where do I park?

The South Avenue Garage is the best option for parking.

Daily Rates:
Each Hour or fraction of an hour: $2.00
Daily Maximum: $10.00
Saturday and Sunday Maximum: $6

The garage's address is 39 Stone Street. However, you can enter the garage through the Hyatt entrance and the South Ave entrance.

How much are the tickets for EPIC 2024 and what does it include?

Early Bird Registration - Opens October 1st Until December 31st
$75 (Single Registration)

This conference typically sells out early, so do not delay in purchasing your tickets!

Your ticket includes:

– Opening prayer and praise & worship
– Prophetic Ministry
– Professional, lifestyle, and spiritual development
– Three main keynote sessions
– Six breakout sessions featuring 32 workshops to choose from over the course of two days
– Networking opportunities
– All-day access to the Vendor Village (exhibit hall), featuring local and women-owned businesses

What should I wear?

Attendees should wear business or business casual attire.

Will the conference be accessible for disabled participants?

Of course!  We are working hard to make sure the conference is inclusive and accessible.

Will meals be provided?

No. However, you don't have to leave the Convention Center to grab lunch during the break. The Convention Center Concessions will be open during the EPIC Conference. Check out the 2023 menu below:

Combo Deli Box:  $11.00

Choice of Ham, Turkey or Tuna (served with house made chips, pickle & choice of water or soda)

Ceasar Salad: $7.00

Chicken Ceasar Salad: $12.00

Grilled Tofu Salad, Balsamic Vinaigrette: $12.00

Assorted Chips: $2.50

House Baked Cookies: $1.50

Instead of rushing out to grab lunch, have lunch right at the Convention Center! This will give you time to fellowship with other attendees and speakers, take advantage of the photo booths, and patronize our many vendors! Not to mention saving on parking (there is no in and out parking at the Convention Center). The Riverside Court will be open, allowing you and your friends to eat together! One hour and 15 minutes will be allotted for lunch to allow attendees to purchase lunch from the Convention Center or downtown restaurants should they choose.

How do I register?

Cancellations & Ticket Transfers

Registration fees are non-refundable but can be transferred in the event that the registrant is unable to attend. Please email us at  admin@epicwomensconference.com to arrange for a transfer. Transfers WILL NOT be accommodated after July 31, 2024.

Can I volunteer?
As we draw closer to the conference date, volunteer opportunities will become available. If you know now that you are interested in volunteering for EPIC 2024, please shoot us an email to admin@epicwomensconference.com and we will contact you when the opportunity arises.

Are men welcome at the conference?

This conference is to empower women, sorry guys! However, men are welcome to volunteer!

Will there be programming for children or youth?

No. This conference is for adult women. For moms with small children, we encourage you to secure childcare to ensure you have the time needed to fill your cup. There is a mothering room onsite for nursing moms.

Are scholarships available?

At the time scholarships are not available.
