Vendor FAQ
EPIC Women's Conference
What are the exhibit hall hours?
The EPIC Women’s Conference exhibit days are Friday, August 1st, 2025 and Saturday, August 2nd, 2025. Vendors can arrive as early as 7:00 am on Friday to begin setting up their booths. Vendor tables DO NOT have to be broken down Friday night.
What kinds of exhibitors do you accept?
We accept exhibitors whose products and services align with our attendees. Please keep in mind that this is a Christian Women's Conference; therefore, products and services should align with and not contradict the Christian faith. EPIC Women reserves the right to ask vendors to remove products or take down artifacts, signage, etc., that are deemed inappropriate and/or compromise the mission of EPIC Women (i.e. other religious materials, crystals, shrines, pagan altars, skulls, etc.).
Due to restrictions at the Convention Center, we cannot accept food vendors.
Due to limited exhibit space, we prioritize vendors with products. We will only accept a limited number of vendors with services only. Email our team at admin@epicwomensconference.com if you have questions.
How do I become a vendor at EPIC?
Complete the Vendor Application and submit it with full payment. All applications will be reviewed for approval. We will review applications to see if the vendor products/services align with our attendees and that no other competing/similar vendor has been approved. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If your application is not approved, we will issue an immediate refund. In all other cases, vendor fees are nonrefundable.
What is the deadline to apply?
Vending tables are available until sold out; however, we have a very limited number available. Therefore, it’s highly recommended to apply sooner than later.
