You’re invited to serve with us at this year’s conference!
Do you have a heart for the Lord and are passionate about creating empowering experiences for women? We're calling all enthusiastic individuals to join us as volunteers for the incredible EPIC Women's Conference! Set for August 14th & 15th, 2026, at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center in New York, this gathering promises to be an unforgettable two days of inspiration, empowerment, and community.

How to Sign up to Serve
Ready to make a difference at the EPIC Women's Conference? Here's how to get involved:
1. Choose your preferred volunteer area and the day you can commit to.
2. Fill out the registration form below with your details.
3. Await confirmation—while we wish we could accommodate everyone, please note that volunteer spots are limited and selection will be based on the applications received.

If you have already purchased a Single, Girlfriend, or Group Rate ticket and still want to volunteer, complete our REGISTERED VOLUNTEERS APPLICATION. Completing this form will require you to purchase another ticket. To avoid this, click the link above to access the Registered Volunteers Application. Your previous tick can be transferred to another attendee who is not volunteering.
Volunteer Roles:

Dream Team
Join Dr. LaShunda and her team to plan the fine details of this fabulous conference. If you have an eye for detail and creativity, a heart for customer service, and a deep love for God's people, you are needed on the Dream Team!
Check-In Team
Assists with scanning attendee tickets at check-in and handing out conference badges.
Set Up/Décor Team
This team will set up the conference materials on August 14th (beginning at 7:00 am).
Greeter
Volunteers will greet attendees before sessions and provide friendly directions to various locations throughout the venue.
Prayer Team Ministry
This team will consist of highly skilled and vetted intercessors who will serve in shifts in the prayer room and provide one one-on-one prayer ministry during select sessions. Members of this team are hand-selected by the conference host.
Tech/Production Team
Volunteers will assist with tech setup and check-ins with workshop presenters.

Workshop Assistant
Volunteers will serve in a workshop of their choosing. They will support the workshop presenter by arriving early, introducing the speaker if they desire, and guiding attendees through the evaluation process at the end of each workshop.
Usher
Volunteers will check attendees' badges at the doors, provide assistance with seating in the ballroom, and offer tissues to attendees as needed. Ushers also assist attendees as they transition between sessions.

Breakdown Team
This team is critical and will help break down the conference materials on the last day of the conference, Day II (August 15th), immediately following the final session. Many hands are needed!!!
