EPIC Women's Conference

Vendor Application Instructions Below:

To be considered for vending at EPIC 2024, please fill out this form in its entirety. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your submission. Selected vendors will be notified on a rolling basis.

Important things to note: EPIC 2024 will be held on August 9th 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm & 10th from 8:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Vendors MUST be available to vend on both days. The Rochester Convention Center will be available as early as 7:00 am for vendor setup on Friday.


The vendor table costs $300 and includes one (2) conference registrations for the vendor.

Vendor Package Includes:

  • 8’ table and two chairs

  • Two days of vending, increasing selling opportunities

  • Two (2) conference registration passes for the VENDOR and a GUEST with access to keynotes & breakout sessions

  • We require that one person man the vendor's table during ALL high-traffic times

  • Vendors are able to close booths to attend keynotes & breakout sessions

The EPIC team kindly requests one item worth at least $25 from all Vendors as a donation to a raffle.
