EPIC Women's Conference
Vendor Application Instructions Below:
To be considered for vending at EPIC 2025, please fill out this form in its entirety. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your submission. Selected vendors will be notified on a rolling basis.
Important things to note: EPIC 2025 will be held on August 1st and 2nd. Vendors MUST be available to vend on both days. The Rochester Convention Center will be available for vendor setup as early as 7:00 a.m. on Friday morning.
The vendor table costs $300 and includes two (2) conference registrations for the vendor.
Vendor Package Includes:

8’ table and two chairs
-
Two days of vending, increasing selling opportunities

Two (2) conference registration passes for the VENDOR and a GUEST with access to keynotes & breakout sessions

We require that one person man the vendor's table during ALL high-traffic times

Vendors are able to close booths to attend keynotes & breakout sessions
