EPIC Women's Conference

Vendor Application Instructions Below:

To be considered for vending at EPIC Women, please fill out this form in its entirety. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your submission. Selected vendors will be notified on a rolling basis.

Important things to note: EPIC 2026 will be held on August 14th and 15th. Vendors MUST be available to vend on both days. The Rochester Convention Center will be available for vendor setup as early as 7:00 a.m. on Friday.

The vendor table costs $300 and includes two (2) conference registrations for the vendor.

Vendor Package Includes:

  • 8’ table and two chairs

  • Two days of vending, increasing selling opportunities

  • Two (2) conference registration passes for the VENDOR and a GUEST with access to keynotes & breakout sessions

  • We require that one person man the vendor's table during ALL high-traffic times

  • Vendors are able to close booths to attend keynotes & breakout sessions

The EPIC team kindly requests one item worth at least $25 from all Vendors as a donation to a raffle.

EPIC welcomes exhibitors whose products, services, and messaging align with our attendees and reflect the values of a Christian Women’s Conference. All exhibitor offerings must be consistent with and not contradict the Christian faith.

EPIC Women’s Conference reserves the right to require the removal of any products, materials, signage, or displays that are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the mission and values of EPIC (for example: other religious materials, spiritual artifacts not aligned with Christian doctrine, or imagery that does not reflect the tone of the conference).

Each exhibitor is allotted one table unless a second table has been purchased. Table locations are assigned by the EPIC Women’s Conference team and may not be changed without approval.
